"The Sky Is Not the Limit: Lessons From A Year In Space”

Retired USN and NASA astronaut Captain Scott Kelly knows a lot about optimizing performance in the most alien and unforgiving of work environments. With laser focus on “mission” he pushed the limits of science, technology, and human endurance.

At OOSS Perspective 2019, he tells his story of an arduous year in space, while commanding the International Space Station, reflecting on lessons learned and revealing striking implications for the surgery centers and practices that comprise our work environments and provide the context for the missions we serve.
