As the newest OOSS Executive Director, Diane will develop member and partner-centric strategies for OOSS to continue the organization’s leadership and influence in the industry.

Diane is the founder of 2B Creative Marketing, a full-service agency based in Kansas City, with global clients.  She has extensive marketing experience including the development of brands, sponsorships and partnerships, event marketing, publicity and multi-media advertising and promotions.  Over the last 15 years, Diane has worked with clients in many industries including Ophthalmology and Orthopedics, both practices and ASCs.
