Exclusively representing the interests of the ophthalmic ASC Facility!
DUES
Annual dues are based on procedures performed in the facility
- $1,500.00 USD – Facility Membership (1-9 members) fewer than 1,000 procedures per year
- $2,500.00 USD – Facility Membership (1-9 members) more than 1,000 procedures per year
- $500.00 USD – International Facility Membership
Membership dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. 30% of OOSS dues are utilized as a lobbying expense and may not be deducted as a business expense. Membership or affiliation is not transferable or assignable. Dues are computed on a calendar year basis and shall be payable for the first day of January. No refunds are permitted.
