PRESIDENT’S COUNCIL APPLICATION 2012
The President’s Council assembled a distinguished board, a respected group of lobbyists and a highly experienced executive staff that will help you preserve physician ownership of ASCs, fight for meaningful increases in cataract facility fees, lobby for ASC reimbursement for any and all ophthalmic surgical procedures which are preformed in the hospital, shop cutbacks in the $150 USD standard IOL reimbursements and enable ASCs to offer beneficiaries the next generation of IOL products.
President’s Council Membership dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. 100% of OOSS President’s Council dues are utilized as a lobbying expense and may not be deducted as a business expense. Membership or affiliation is not transferable or assignable. Dues are computed on a calendar year basis and shall be payable for the first day of January. No refunds are permitted.
